REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, or merch planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Sound expertise in demand and wholesale planning with a sound understanding of demand driven merchandise financials.
  • Commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to understand short-term sales needs with long-term strategic planning.
  • Sound analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using tools such as SAP and Excel, leveraging insights to optimize demand planning strategies.
  • Stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Finance, Merchandising, DTC Merch Planning & Buying, Hub Wholesale teams, Planning Operations and Supply Chain teams
  • Problem solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred

Responsibilities
  • NOS Demand planning: contribute to the EMEA NOS Demand planning processes through analysis, insights, reporting and continuous improvement. Developing in-depth knowledge of DTC / Hub data, market dynamics and demand drivers across NOS product categories.
  • Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): contribute to IDP process with NOS Product Category demand insights to ensure product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
  • Assortment productivity and lifecycle management: contribute to assessment of the NOS assortment (support phase in/phase out decisions), line productivity and customer needs across channels.
  • Sell out / sell-in performance: Track sell out performance and review sell-in performance across DTC and wholesale channels, drive analysis and synthesize insights to support an effective NOS pull model.
  • Supply / delivery optimization: contribute to supply and delivery optimization with analysis and insights to facilitate decision-making and enable continuous improvement
  • NOS stakeholder management: ensure sharp communication to and engagement of key stakeholders on the NOS business across sell out, sell-in, demand plan drivers, assortment changes, assortment productivity and NOS inventory.
  • Cross-functional leadership: contribute to driving alignment across teams by building strong relationships, earning trust, and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Support: contribute to the resolution of cross-functional challenges by gathering input, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and guiding teams toward effective solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: contribute to implementing and exploiting new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: provide data and insights to support NOS Demand Planning process and review and recap seasonal sell in results vs targets
