The Job Supporting the Demand Planners with data entry and ad hoc administration Maintain category range plans and ensure data is up to date and accurate Raise Purchase Orders on the system, monitoring production with suppliers and updating the system and team with any delays/changes. Update reports with the relevant data required across various departments Support with clearance item tracking and sales reports, as well us uploading sale and retail price changes directly into the system. Carry out brochure price checks prior to going to print Ad hoc duties are a daily part of the Demand Planning Assistant role as you are providing full administrative support to the Demand Planning team Planning and coordinating the allocation of stock (takeaway products) to stores (shacks) weekly, ensuring correct levels are available. We're looking for Be extremely organised and strive for perfection – attention to detail is key! Have great time management with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines Be confident when working autonomously Possess excellent communication skills as this role will involve interaction with internal functions Enjoy working with numbers and large amounts of data Experience of working on Microsoft Excel would be a big advantage and a have keen interest in systems Have previous experience working in a head office is preferred, but not essential. Show a keen interest in homewares is desirable, experience would be a bonus!
