As a Demand Planning Lead, you will Build and strengthen the processes that connect demand planning with cross‑functional partners across the entire Starbucks business. Develop and enhance reporting tools that empower demand planners to improve forecast accuracy and drive better decision‑making. Identify, benchmark, and implement best practices to elevate planning standards and improve consistency across teams. We'd love to hear from people with: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines; ability to present information to senior leaders; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and planning systems; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; expertise in demand planning and working knowledge of end to end supply chain functions; ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities; ability to influence and lead others Advanced analytics and problem solving in a fast-paced environment; advanced forecasting skills; development of training, documentation and implementation experience; management of complex stakeholder relationships. 5 years of demand planning experience. 4-year college degree or equivalent GED. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
