Responsibilities

The Nordic Planning team is based in Lysaker and Malmö and together with Customer service team it is part of Nordic Supply Chain. The next talent for our Nordic team will be based in Lysaker.
From these two offices, Supply chain team is responsible for all activities within demand and supply planning, inventory controlling, transport, logistics, customs, master data and customer service.
The team plays a key role in our S&OP process and is actively engaged with all our suppliers in securing service and securing the right stock at the right place and at the right time.
The team plans and manage a portfolio of 700 SKU for 4 Nordic countries and 4 sales channels: Retail, Food Service, Industry and Export.
We are now looking for a new team member who is eager to further develop both - the team and the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand forecasts based on self-review of historical sales data in combination with business input for Retail channel in Norway
  • Getting the relevant input from Finance, Sales and Marketing
  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy/bias
  • Strong cooperation and alignment with all departments, improve and drive the S&OP agenda
  • Become a strong and inspiring leader with one direct report (Demand Planner) located in Lysaker
  • Performance management and KPI-tracking in close collaboration with Central Supply Chain Team in UK
