KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Merchandize Planning (experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG is a plus).
  • Experience from a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Logility or similar planning systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Demand Planning team on key initiatives and improvement areas as well as personal development areas
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights from your demand planning team
  • Collaborate with Cluster, Inventory, and AP teams to refine and improve forecasting models.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market conditions to identify demand patterns with the team and guide the team to appropriate actions.
  • Set up process to Identify Fast-moving inventory and ensure Demand signals are adjusted in cooperation with AP
  • Set up process to Identify slow-moving inventory and ensure Demand signals are adjusted
  • Partner with S&OE leadership team to align demand plans with supply capabilities.
  • Engage with Cluster Team to gather feedback on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a primary focus on forecast accuracy and Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and feedback.
  • Conduct cluster market research to inform demand planning and inventory strategies.
  • Read and follow Weekly trade to understand cluster and DV performance and expectations
  • Prepare and present demand planning reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations
