For more information, visit www.pepsico.com Responsibilities • Planning of short-term and long-term demand forecast across channels • Analysis of sales and consumer trends, historical sales data and seasonal patterns to optimize business' capacity to fulfill customer demand per channel and SKU in the most effective manner • Development and execution of collaborative projects being in close connection with Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Teams • Budget Ownership of Finished Goods Obsoletes / process monitoring and action plan to decrease obsolescence risks and minimize cost • People management and development Qualifications • Master’s degree preferably within Supply Chain or business administration • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, especially in Demand Planning • Leadership and change management skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with the Commercial and Supply Chain functions, Finance and rest partners • Executive maturity / Entrepreneurial attitude to drive performance and business growth • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Results and deadline orientated professional / Enhanced prioritization skills • Strong people manager and team builder • Computer skills: Excellent level of MS Office • Solid understanding of SAP system and demand planning systems • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English language
