Generate 24 months rolling demand forecast including baseline and uplift. Coordinating with marketing and sales team to understand uplift and building block for each activity.
Identify gaps between sales bottom and target, develop action plan with cross function team to close gap and highlight risk and opportunities.
Own S&OE process to address short term demand and supply gaps at national and regional levels.
KPIs Analysis and presenting including Inventory management, CFR, FCST Accuracy by national, regional and DCs.
Promotion activity supporting and Aging stock clearance plan and execution.
Participate continue improvement projects to deliver customer satisfaction via S&OP and S&OE process enhancement.
