Job description We are looking for a Corporate Demand Planning Officer who is responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across all Madi International warehouses and markets, balancing demand and supply to avoid overstock or stock-out situations. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, regional teams, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely product availability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines based on historical data, sales trends, promotions, and market intelligence. Monitor and control stock levels in the CWH and country warehouses to ensure smooth replenishment across all regions. Coordinate with suppliers worldwide to place and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery. Track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and proactively address any delays or supply chain disruptions. Align with sales & marketing teams on forecast accuracy, promotional plans, and product launches. Prepare regular reports on demand accuracy, inventory health, and service levels. Analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock across countries for necessary action. Maintain accurate system data by updating discontinued items, applying replacements, and adding newly launched SKUs as per supplier updates. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and regions.
