Role reports to: Supply Chain Director - PH and ID Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, Metro Manila, Taguig Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Manager, Demand Planning manages teams in delivering accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations. The duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active role on the sales and operation planning process. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of demand planning professionals. This position reports into the Supply Chain Director for Philippines and Indonesia and is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines. Key Responsibilities Leads the end‑to‑end demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts through strong cross-functional collaboration and robust assumption management. Champion strengthening Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across the organization Provides leadership and guidance on the demand and supply planning processes that drive cost-effective stock availability. Develops and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with Corporate policies. Partners cross functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action. Responsible for Regional Demand Planning staff as well as respective information systems that generate a statistical forecast for all products categories. Builds effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers as well as internal /external client groups. Ensures understanding and communication on the business consequences arising from trade offs concerning the planning activities. Organizes and presents information that ensures timely forecasting communications and common goals and objectives across franchises and functional areas. Provides leadership vision to departmental staff to attain process efficiencies by continually reducing forecast error while increasing customer service levels.
