Why You Will Love this Job: Under the supervision of the Manager, Operations Aftermarket Parts the Demand Planning Specialist will provide coordination and management of the Demand Planning process for Rehlko Power Systems (RPS) Aftermarket Parts. This Analyst will analyze data sources to achieve world class forecast accuracy by utilizing history, customer data, and key business indicators for directional influence in demand planning. The Demand Planning Analyst/Specialist will support monthly Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SIOP) cycles and lead demand planning meetings. This role will also synchronize the demand planning process with inputs to be inclusive of product lifecycle needs, marketing events, special projects, and balance incoming order consumption of the plan. Work Mode: Remote Travel: 10% travel US only Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Responsibilities: Manage the rolling 12-month demand plan for all existing and future new parts. Conduct a demand review meeting with Channel / Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to capture all adjustments with logical reasoning. Balance the inputs with key market data and business indicators and reach agreement on an unconstrained demand plan for Rehlko Power Systems Aftermarket Parts. Responsible for the collection, input, and maintenance of planning for directional leadership in Demand Planning, inclusive of the development of the unconstrained demand plan. Maintain and report on demand plan accuracy. Conduct a root cause analysis on the key drivers to the error rate to continuously improve demand planning accuracy. Maintain and control all master data as it pertains to forecasting in SAP and manage all adjustments made to the forecast based on unique events, new product introductions, and sales movement. Support the go-live of a future supply chain solution. Provide key performance measures and obtain high level decisions to be answered by senior management. Load the final approved sales plan on an agreed upon date each month. Document and share key changes from the prior month. Support product end of life planning and regular review of obsolete and excess inventory. Experience: Associates degree required Bachelor’s degree in supply chain preferred Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI). Experience using Demand Planning Software prefer KINAXIS Experience required in operations and demand planning with understanding statistical tools and their application within demand planning while utilizing an ERP, preferably SAP. Extraordinarily effective communication and meeting facilitation skills. Must be proactive, have a positive attitude, be goal driven, and have an analytical mind. Strong problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and ability to multi-task in a high energy environment, are necessary to be successful in this role. The Salary range for this position is $59,250.00-$74,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
