Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Demand & S&OP Process Lead to oversee the end-to-end demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will drive forecasting excellence, cross-functional alignment, and business integration across multiple FMCG markets. You will serve as the regional owner of the S&OP process, ensuring synchronization between demand, supply, and financial plans to deliver superior service, cost efficiency, and growth. Key Responsibilities Demand Planning Lead the regional demand planning process across categories, markets, and channels Consolidate, validate, and challenge forecasts in specific markets using data analytics and market insights Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts with business targets Improve forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value add through disciplined process management Maintain accurate forecast data within planning systems (SAP APO) S&OP Process Management Own and lead the regional S&OP cycle, ensuring strong governance and timely execution Facilitate Demand, Supply, and Executive S&OP reviews across the EMEA region. Establish Product Portfolio review and Market/Finance Integration as part next level S&OP Align demand, supply, and financial plans through scenario planning and risk assessment Present key insights and recom Own and lead the regional S&OP cycle, ensuring strong governance and timely execution Facilitate Demand, Supply, and Executive S&OP reviews across the EMEA region.
