As the province’s largest energy provider with more than 100 years of knowledge and experience, we proudly deliver renewable energy, natural gas, electricity and propane to 1.3 million customers.
We’re actively seeking new talent to join our mission of transforming B.C.’s energy landscape. As one of BC’s Top Employers with a diverse team of over 2,700 employees, we are committed to a safe and inclusive culture where each of us can connect, belong, and grow. Join us, and together, let’s shape a brighter future for B.C.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You’re a sharp analytical thinker with a knack for leveraging reporting software tools. Along with your familiarity with utility and demand-side management (DSM) principles, you’re a numbers whiz who excels in budget forecasting and report writing.
As DSM Portfolio Performance Analyst, you’ll bring your love of numbers and spreadsheets to measure and report on DSM programs and portfolios like monthly reporting, annual reports, measuring library updates, and cost-effectiveness testing. With your strong attention to detail, you’ll communicate performance indicators and reports to stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to utilize their analytical mindset to lead projects to success. If this sounds like you, join us in transforming B.C.’s energy future.

Responsibilities
  • Lead performance reporting and analysis by preparing detailed forecasts, variance reviews, and regulatory reports that track expenditures, energy savings, cost-effectiveness, and emissions.
  • Develop and enhance analytical tools to calculate and monitor DSM program metrics, including cost-effectiveness, carbon emissions, and energy savings, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance on regulatory submissions, cost-effectiveness methodologies, and industry standards, representing the organization in stakeholder discussions and technical evaluations.
