Description
Job Summary:Manages the full operations cycle for Feeds and Poultry units, ensuring alignment of management directives across departments. Oversees monthly forecast achievement, addresses issues in review meetings, and drives process improvements to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: Leads the presentation and planning of weekly supply and demand forecasts for two territories (Central Visayas and Eastern Visayas) during SSOP coordination meetings. Ensures serviceability levels to branded segments and food service accounts by developing daily production schedules and weekly product mix plans for basic and further processing operations. These plans are based on sales requirements, prioritization, allocation policies, and actual inventory, aligning with management directives to maximize customer service and maintain target inventory levels. Prepares and analyzes key weekly and monthly reports for management, including: Weekly Supply & ALW Report based on live operations’ forecasts and actual performance Service Level reports for Poultry & Meats across various segments (VAP, NPD, Branded, Institutional) ALW Adherence Report Basic & Further Processing Recovery metrics Poultry & Meats (Pork & Beef) Inventory Movement Reports (IMR) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Preferably with experience in Supply Chain Management
