Description

Works on problems of moderate complexity. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. Supports regular planning activities in the following areas: Demand forecasting and supply planning coordination. Analysis of supply chain performance indicators (KPIs); Support in balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability. Assist in the development and maintenance of planning dashboards and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency. Support capacity planning and inventory management processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Enrolled in a college degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency is desirable; Eager to learn, with high curiosity and excellent teamwork skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude; Analytical thinking and data manipulation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI is a plus. Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, demand planning, and inventory management. Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
