As the Program manager, you’ll lead with heart and purpose—guiding and mentoring a dedicated team, developing innovative dementia programs, and serving as the vital connection between residents, families, and staff. Your work will ensure that every individual receives care tailored to their needs, honoring their dignity, stories, and potential.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Dementia care certification or willingness to obtain

• Lead with purpose: Be a role model and champion for our Meaningful Experiences Specialty Program.
• Inspire & educate: Train and support staff in best practices for dementia care and personalized behavioral approaches.
• Collaborate deeply: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans and meaningful daily routines.
• Support families: Facilitate caregiver support groups and help families navigate transitions with empathy and understanding.
• Uphold excellence: Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance initiatives reflect our high standards.
• Advocate for joy: Innovate engaging, evidence-based activities that celebrate every resident’s individuality and spark moments of connection.
