As a Dementia Support Coach, you’ll provide practical, relationship-based support, modelling and coaching for clients, carers and care staff across a variety of settings. This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until January 2028 and is based out of our Launceston office in Tasmania. Strong organisational and time-management skills in a busy work environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively A commitment to excellent customer service and constructive conflict resolution A current driver’s licence and safe driving record Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate for up to five days at a time Flexibility to work varying hours based on client and carer needs Qualifications in a relevant field: Allied Health Assistant, Diversional Therapy, EN, Aged Care, Cert III/IV in Individual Support or Leisure and Health (highly desirable) Ready to make a change?
