Ranfurly Residential Care Centre is located in Feilding and is a purpose-built aged care facility providing a wide range of care predominantly to the elderly from the Mid Central region. We are very focused on consistent and friendly resident care, and we are now seeking to appoint a full-time Registered Nurse as our Dementia Team Leader to join and lead and support the Dementia Team.

• *Help lead and inspire our team of nurses and caregivers to deliver best practice, person-centred care.
• 
  
• Ensure clinical excellence and continuous improvement in line with Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Standards.

• 
  
• Inspire confidence in others with your clinical knowledge and experience - and roll your sleeves up and lead by example.

• 
  
• Support our facility manager and clinical manager, collaborating on internal audits, compliance, care planning, resident health and well-being, and staff development

• 
  
• Communicate clearly and concisely and provide continuity and a point of contact for residents and families.

• 
  
• Manage your time effectively and embrace technology and tools.

• *Be able to problem solve, support the roster management process and fulfil on-call duties as rostered. This may require physical support afterhours or guidance and support via phone.
