Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine to join our culinary team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Demi Chef in our Arabic kitchen, you will play a crucial role in creating authentic and delicious Arabic dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to traditional recipes and techniques Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and menu planning Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Arabic cooking techniques and practices Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and prepared foods Adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively Qualifications Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on Arabic cuisine Profound knowledge of Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles Strong knife skills and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with HACCP certification preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Additional Information Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities
