We are looking for a skilled Demi chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is eager to contribute to a professional kitchen while learning and growing within a respected establishment.

You will:

• Support and follow the leadership of our Head Chef in daily service
• Take ownership of a kitchen section and maintain a 2 Rosette standard or higher
• Be involved in menu development and new dish creation
• Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
• Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking and passionate team
