Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate for the position of Demi Chef to join our new Associate Restaurant under the Allied Function at Laguna Phuket. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and instructions from senior chefs Support food preparation and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs of any shortages Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers when required Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
