As a chef, you use your craftsmanship and quality awareness to create something from simple ingredients that connects, touches, and stands for real moments.

Your tasks

• Preparation and presentation of food
• Preparation of all necessary ingredients with the Chef de Partie (Mise en Place)
• Ensuring quality, freshness and hygiene in all work processes
• Compliance with HACCP and safety guidelines
• Clean and organized work practices at one's own station
• Proper storage and control of food
• Cost-conscious handling of goods and resources

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook and initial professional experience
• Secure mastery of basic cooking techniques and recipes
• High quality standards and a careful, structured approach to work
• Reliability and resilience in everyday kitchen life
• Awareness of hygiene and HACCP standards
• Teamwork and constructive cooperation in kitchen operations
• Responsible handling of food and resources
• Flexibility and willingness
