The Demi Chef de Partie helps running a section during Dinner service only (no Split Shifts) , training commis Chefs and helping in managing ordering and stock, while developing further their knowledge and experience to become Chef de Partie.

Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style.
This role is specific to the Dinner Service in the Gallery Restaurant ( 3 Rosettes) and shifts are from early afternoon till end of dinner service.
