One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres. Job Description Demi Chef de Partie Primarily responsible for preparing high quality guest food and maintaining kitchen sanitation as per health and safety standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place according to the standards set by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Execute cooking tasks for the assigned section with precision and attention to detail. Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the smooth operation of the station during service. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure effective communication and coordination during service. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in food handling and kitchen practices. Qualifications Minimum of High school education or a degree in Culinary Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Previous experience in French cuisine Oral proficiency in English language Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
