Job Description Whip up exquisite meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events with flair and precision. Ensure your workspace and equipment shine, and promptly report any issues to the Executive Chef. Organize and prep ingredients like a pro, managing stock and minimizing waste with finesse. Run your section like a well-oiled machine, keeping everything on point and in line with top-notch recipes. Handle and store food impeccably, staying ahead of kitchen needs and upholding hygiene standards. Set a stellar example, mentor apprentices with enthusiasm, and collaborate with senior chefs for seamless guidance and orders. Qualifications You will be: Bringing a minimum of 1-3 years of dynamic experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, showcasing your flair for crafting culinary masterpieces and mastering the art of kitchen management Ready to handle varying shifts with a strong sense of willingness and a positive attitude Demonstrating your skill and experience for handling varied events with energy & expertise Well-versed in the lastest food safety requirement, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality Flexible and available to work across different shifts and days to meet operational requirements.
