We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie with passion, drive, and a great attitude to join our award-winning kitchen team at Appleby Manor – a luxury hotel set in the stunning Eden Valley. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing a wide range of dishes and garnishes to a high standard for our fine dining restaurant and bistro style menus
  • Learning and replicating dishes to the standards set by the Head Chef
  • Gaining hands-on experience using modern kitchen equipment (plancha, sous vide, induction)
  • Taking responsibility for mise en place and section cleanliness
  • Supporting the team in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen

  • Someone who takes pride in delivering quality food consistently

What We Offer:Great Pay & Tips

  • Salary up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equal share of staff tips/service charge
