POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of our Executive Chef & Sous Chefs this position will be responsible for executing menu item production with an emphasis on quality and presentation. Our Demi Chef will lead by example when consistently maintaining all company standards and through adherence to all safety, hygiene policies and procedures. In addition they will ensure adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
