What You’ll Do

• Execute elevated dishes with precision, with a particular focus on grilled proteins
• Set up and maintain your station to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
• Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality and visual appeal
• Manage timing and coordination effectively during high-volume service
• Handle premium proteins confidently, mastering cooking temperatures, resting techniques, and proper doneness
• Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with your kitchen team
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and inventory management as needed
• Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols throughout all kitchen operations

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-end or elevated dining kitchen, preferred.
• Proven expertise working the grill and hot line, with a strong understanding of protein cookery
• Exceptional knife skills, attention to detail, and a precise sense of timing
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure
• A sharp eye for detail, both in preparation and presentation
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
• Passion for bold Canadian flavours and thoughtfully sourced ingredients
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
