For its new opening in Abu Dhabi, BEAU is seeking Demi Chefs de Partie to join its dynamic and small team to provide the best experience to its guests.
Position Overview:
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen to ensure the smooth day to day operations of BEAU’s upcoming restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for the preparation of its menu while making sure that the food is prepared on time and based on its standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining food quality control. The Demi Chef de Partie will report to the Chef de Partie. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an expanding French group, in BEAU’s new restaurant in Abu Dhabi and to contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chefs de Partie in managing the kitchen
  • Prepare and cook food on its menu
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and that the standards of BEAU are met
  • Respect and control the food safety standards
  • Control the quality of the food

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in the UAE
  • Aware of the food allergens and food safety hazards
  • Team player, motivated and positive individual who is looking to grow
  • Fluent English
