Combining alpine charm with urban flair, the hotel presents itself as the perfect ski-in/ski-out destination with a cozy yet stylish ambiance and interactive cuisine. Enjoy with all your senses, discover nature, feel at home, and spend time with your partner and friends – this 73-room design hotel opened in summer 2021 and is entering its second year this year.

As a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d), you're right in the thick of things. You're responsible for a section of the kitchen and ensure that workflows in your area run smoothly. As an experienced cook, you'll not only prepare dishes but also ensure quality and support the station chef in all other tasks.

  • You are responsible for a specific department in the kitchen.
  • You prepare Austrian and international dishes and present them with great attention to detail.
  • You help ensure a smooth workflow and service process.
  • You love to express your passion and creativity on the plate.
  • You handle food responsibly and carefully.
  • You ensure careful, professional storage and processing of all raw materials and products.
  • You ensure cleanliness and order in all rooms.
  • You comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the kitchen equipment used.
  • You work closely with the head chef and the sous chef, ensuring good coordination and information exchange within the team.
  • You help with the training of new employees. 

Profile

  • You have completed vocational training in the catering/hotel industry or have several years of professional experience.
  • You have passion and affinity for your profession and enjoy your work.
  • You bring relevant know-how about high-quality food, seasonality and regionality, etc.
  • You impress with your guest- and service-oriented thinking as well as your organizational and coordination skills.
  • Your personal responsibility, resilience, reliability, communication and teamwork skills set you apart.
  • A high level of quality awareness, understanding of hygiene and tidiness are a matter of course for you.
  • Thanks to your solution-oriented approach, you master all challenges with skill and composure.
  • You are interested in ongoing collaboration to improve quality.
