- Independent management of a sub-area within a kitchen station
- Preparation and presentation of food at the highest quality level
- Supporting the chef de partie in the organization and coordination of the post
- Training and professional support for trainees and commis chefs
- Monitoring and compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
