Role Overview As a Demi Chef de Partie – Butchery, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of meat preparation, maintaining quality and consistency, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities Expertly prepare, cut, portion, and store all meat and poultry items Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards, food-safety procedures, and hygiene protocols Monitor and maintain correct storage temperatures and labeling Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and safety of the butchery area Maintain proper stock rotation using the FIFO method Support the culinary team in menu preparation and daily operations What We’re Looking For Previous experience in butchery within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant Strong knife skills and thorough knowledge of meat cuts Deep understanding of HACCP and food-safety requirements High attention to detail with a focus on quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities Why Join JA Hatta Fort Hotel?
