JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Demi Chef De Partie / Chef De Partie (Pastry Production) to join our team. You will be part of our production kitchen, assisting in daily pastry operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pastry production (hotel, bakery, or pastry kitchen).
  • Solid knowledge of cakes, pastries, and dessert production.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for pastry.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (with off days provided).
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to company standards.
  • Support daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize wastage.
  • Train, guide, and support junior team members when required.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
