JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in line with our established recipes. We have 3 vacancies to start ASAP in the following sections:
1. Cold Kitchen
2. Fish Prep
3. Grill/Fryer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
  • Minimum of 3 Years Mediterranean cuisine experience.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and a desire to innovate.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
  • Collaborate on menu development and specials.
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies for your section as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to promote a high-performing team.
