• You manage your own post independently and ensure a smooth process with precision, organizational talent and passion.
• Together with our kitchen team, you will work daily at the level of a two-Michelin-starred restaurant and actively contribute to the consistently high quality of our menus.
• You contribute your ideas, your expertise and your curiosity, continuously develop yourself and grow together with our team.
• You enjoy mentoring new employees and our trainees, passing on your knowledge and supporting their professional and personal development.
• You will work closely with head chef Peter Hagen-Wiest and the entire kitchen brigade, contributing to providing our guests with an exceptional fine-dining experience every day.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as a cook (m|f|d) and are passionate about upscale gastronomy.
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a Demichef de Partie (m|f|d) or in a comparable position – preferably in fine dining.
• You work precisely, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• Creativity, a passion for high-quality products, and the will to continuously develop yourself are what set you apart.
• You are a team player, take responsibility, and impress with your reliability as well as open and appreciative cooperation.
• A professional demeanor, excellent manners, and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you.
