Part-time chef (m/f/d) in Schwangau

Ort: Schwangau

Location: at the foot of the royal castles of Hohenschwangau

Working hours: Full-time

Size: 100 - 150 rooms

Type of establishment: Exclusive wellness resort

Your tasks

• Supporting the kitchen management in creating dishes for the regular menu, specialty menu and event offerings.
• Direct representation of the chef de partie in his absence
• Mise en place and proper preparation of all dishes, working with consideration for the use of goods.
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen area
• Professional and proper handling of all kitchen appliances and machinery, proper storage of all food and raw materials

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry.
• Relevant professional experience in the kitchen sector in upscale hotels or restaurants.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and incoming goods inspection
• Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Creativity and organizational skills, teamwork skills
