You’ll guide your colleagues, uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a smooth and inspiring kitchen environment.Your responsibilities include:Managing daily operations within your kitchen section.Training team members in product knowledge, preparation and presentation.Following recipes while maintaining waste and breakage control.Ensuring all stations are clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.QualificationsWhat you’ll bringCreativity, a hands-on mindset and the drive to exceed expectations.Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.A strong passion for cooking and a guest-focused attitude.Experience working in line with HACCP and safety regulations.Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.Additional InformationDo you bring flavour, finesse and leadership to every dish?
