Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking traditional and contemporary Greek dishes with precision and flair while ensuring all ingredients are prepared, stored, and presented according to recipes and kitchen standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, delivering consistent quality and attention to detail.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock requisitions and control.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team and assist across sections as needed.
  • Uphold and comply with all health, food safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies, HACCP requirements, including those mandated by UAE Municipality.
