About the role The Demi Chef de Partie function is to lend aid to the Chef de Partie wherever possible. They must also be flexible enough to move from department to department (substitute or relieve cook of a comparable or junior station) when necessary. He/she prepares sauces, cold meats, and vegetables; cooks lunch and dinner, assists in making pastry, cold & hot preparation. What you will do Carry out and ensure the preparation of its part under the supervision of a Chef de Partie and/or Sous-Chef. Set up your part. Manage production and product storage. Comply with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Chef. “The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management”. What we are looking for You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
