A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day No two days are alike, but you’ll mostly be: Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot dishes with precision and artistry. Working closely with the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to develop seasonal menus, signature dishes, and banquet offerings. Maintaining the highest levels of food quality, taste, and presentation, aligned with our luxury brand standards. Overseeing daily operations in the hot kitchen, ensuring consistency and efficiency during high-volume service. Guiding, training, and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence. Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. What We Need from You Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a luxury or five-star hotel, with proven expertise in hot kitchen operations and banquet service. Strong knowledge of hot food preparation techniques, flavor pairing, and contemporary plating styles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining consistency and finesse. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
