We are looking for staff for our 4-star Hotel Alpenstern with à la carte restaurant.

For the 2026/2027 winter season: 1 Demi Chef de Partie (m/f) on a seasonal basis, starting from 04.12.2026 to 04.04.2027

Activities:

* À la carte kitchen

* Grocery shopping

* Food storage in the catering industry

* Set up

* Meal planning

* Familiarity with hygiene regulations

* Supporting the chef de partie in his position

Requirements:

* Completed education and professional experience are desirable

* German language skills for communication within the team

* friendly, team-oriented and reliable

* physical resilience

Working hours:

* Full-time employment, working hours according to a duty roster

Workplace:
