Your task

  • Supporting the chef de partie in daily production
  • Shared responsibility for the mise en place
  • Cleaning of workplaces, equipment and kitchen utensils
  • Active participation in the team during the service
  • Independent production, preparation and plating of food
  • Preparation of staff meals
  • General cleaning work and compliance with hygiene regulations HACCP
  • Assistance in all positions

Your profile

  • Completed training as a cook or initial experience in a professional kitchen
  • Interest in further education and development within the kitchen
  • Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Teamwork skills, reliability and commitment
  • Resilience and flexibility (shift work, weekends, holidays)
