You provide confident and organized support to the banquet chef. Even during service, you remain calm, proactive, and ensure that every dish is both delicious and visually appealing.

Of..

You speak German at least at B1 level.
You support the chef de partie banquet expertly and in an organized manner.
You support trainees, apprentices and interns
You cook at a consistently high level with attention to detail.
You manage and organize your work independently.
Hygiene, HACCP and cleanliness are a matter of course for you.
You treat food, equipment and machinery with respect.

a completed vocational training as a cook or several years of experience as an assistant cook
