These are your tasks:

• Preparation, production and presentation of à la carte dishes and buffets
• Independent and professional creation of the mise en place as well as setup and organization of the station.
• Creative input and support in the development of new dishes and meals
• Ensuring quality and hygiene standards in all work areas
• Support and guidance for commis chefs, as well as training new employees and apprentices.

Ideally, you should bring the following:

• Successfully completed training and experience in a comparable position
• Interests in high-quality food
• Strong quality awareness and commitment
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Independent and responsible work
• A hands-on mentality, a cool head, and a good dose of humor.
