As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll join a friendly and motivated team, collaborating to reach our full potential and ensure genuine, heartfelt care for our guests. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute your culinary expertise to both Celia Amsterdam and Café Celia. This role is hands-on, emphasizing the creation of the most unique dining experiences in the area. You will be trained by a Chef.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in running an efficient kitchen station.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
• Help with stock management and ordering ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role.
• Passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
• Strong teamwork skills and the desire to learn and grow as a chef.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
