As a Demi Chef de Partie, you support the kitchen team by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that delight our guests and members. You work to the highest standards and actively contribute to maintaining quality, efficiency, and cost awareness in the kitchen. What will you be doing? You prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with company guidelines and standards You ensure cleanliness, order, and a well-organized work environment, including the prevention of cross-contamination You are responsible for mise en place for the respective meal periods You assist in handling guest requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner You monitor food quality and ensure correct storage at all times You assist other departments when required and actively promote a positive team atmosphere You promptly report maintenance needs, hygiene issues, or potential hazards You comply with hotel safety, fire prevention, health, occupational safety, and food safety regulations You keep departmental objectives in mind and take proactive steps to help achieve them What are we looking for?
