Your tasks

• Preparation and execution of all work in the production area in compliance with the quality standard
• Proper storage of all foodstuffs and raw materials
• Assistance with inventory, reporting of damages
• Maintenance and cleaning of all work areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with house-specific and legal hygiene regulations.
• Compliance with labor and food safety regulations as well as all official instructions

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook, initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
• Creativity, craftsmanship, meticulous work ethic
• Friendly, open and professional demeanor, absolute service orientation, high reliability
• Knowledge of food law and regulations (LMHV, HACCP)
• Organizational talent, optimal time management, and quality and cost awareness
