Job Description Assist and support the chef and cooks in food preparation and cooking Control and check the quality of ingredients during cooking and presentation to ensure they meet standards Manage the arrangement and preparation of kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure they are ready for use at all times Help teach and train cooking skills to kitchen assistants and staff Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant, hotel, or food service industry Strong knowledge and skills in preparing and cooking various types of food Attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work under pressure Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team Able to comply with hygiene and safety standards in the workplace Company Location: Anantara Layan Phuket Resort
