You support the Chef de Partie with the daily operations within your section and ensure that dishes are prepared and presented with care, quality, and according to the highest standards.With your passion for cooking, eye for detail, and eager-to-learn attitude, you contribute to a culinary experience that our guests will not soon forget. You work closely with your colleagues in the kitchen, contribute ideas for improvements, and ensure that everything within your workstation runs smoothly and in an organized manner.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to recipes and quality standards;Assisting the Chef de Partie with the daily management of the partie;Monitoring the quality, presentation, and portion size of dishes;Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines;Monitoring stock levels and identifying ordering needs in a timely manner;Collaborate efficiently with colleagues to guarantee smooth service;Actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere within the kitchen brigade;Assisting with the onboarding and guidance of new colleagues and students;Ensuring Marriott standards and operational guidelines within the kitchen.
