Job Description Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to recipes and standards. Support daily pastry operations and assist in menu development. Decorate and plate desserts with precision and creativity. Monitor ingredient freshness, portion control, and minimize waste. Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP). Collaborate with other kitchen sections and assist in training junior staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or bakery). Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert plating, and chocolate or sugar work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team player with good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
