Job Description Your role in the journey As (Demi) Chef de Partie Pastry, you’ll take ownership of our renowned pastry section, ensuring every creation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities include: Managing daily operations within the pastry section. Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets. Training and guiding team members in pastry techniques and standards. Maintaining hygiene and safety compliance across all stations. Applying modern pastry trends and creative ideas to delight our guests. Qualifications What you’ll bring Creativity, precision and a passion for pastry. Experience in a high-quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment. Knowledge of current pastry trends and ability to apply them. Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
